What we do

Everyday technology—just phones and basic software. Structure. Projects that build over time.

At a glance

Punkeye Pictures turns daily creative tasks—photos, sketches, short clips—into finished films. People use everyday technology—just phones and basic software. Staff get training and structure. No complex equipment. It takes as long as it takes.

Work samples

We will post work samples as the trial gets underway. Participant-created films, storyboards, and frames will appear here once we have consent and the first projects are complete.

The boring parts handled

Sorting, filing, managing media—that's the part that burns out caregivers. We built a system that handles it so they can focus on the creative work and the story.

Easy to start

People use the devices and apps they already know. Everyone can contribute from day one.

Daily goals

We break big projects into small tasks. One simple creative task per day, done well.

Your way in

There are no assigned roles. People contribute in whatever ways work for them.

Paced, not pressured

Projects unfold at whatever pace works. No deadlines, no rush.

For organizations

We teach caregivers the model, and it slots into existing routines. No expensive equipment, no specialized instructors required—just the devices and apps your staff already know. The trial roster for our current grant-funded phase is full—we're not adding partner organizations to this trial. If the grant is awarded, those partners participate at no cost for this phase. We're also available for scoped consulting to help organizations build programs aligned with the Punkeye approach. Get in touch if you'd like to know how Punkeye might benefit your organization.

Nothing hits the bin

The thing that gets me is watching day programs fill bins with Friday's artwork. We're building something where that doesn't happen—every piece goes into the timeline.

Less waste, lower costs

Fewer filler craft kits and disposable supplies. Staff use what they already have. Daily activities become work that lasts.

Something that fills the schedule

It's a built-in activity, so caregivers won't start each week staring at an empty schedule.
